If your product is covered by 3rd party extended warranty (Including free ones supplied with new products at the time of purchase) you will need to contact them directly - see your policy

All Small Domestic Appliances: If purchased from Hylands and faulty within 12 months you should return it via our stores

If your product is less than 28 days old:
Return to your retailer for advice

If less than 28 days old & purchased from Hylands 

Otherwise for service procedures in and out of warranty
