During the first 12 months - return to Hylands - If purchased from us

After 12 months - if the product has an extended warranty period beyond 1 year that has been registered as per the instructions this is handled directly by the importer - please contact as per the instruction booklet or warranty registration received when registered

Sadly it's not usually possible to get spares for these items as a labour charge may be as much as a new one but you can check here
