your product is securely wrapped.

will enable us to make contact with you if we should require additional
information or to notify you of your estimate or repair completion.

If using a courier for smaller items please ensure that you use a suitably secure and traceable means of
transportation. We suggest carriers such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel force or other reputable transportation company which
provides parcel tracking. We also recommend you consider the value and
make sure this is covered with their insurance.
If there is no fault apparent, your product will be
returned to you / you will be notified to collect your product.
