You will be asked to create an account (when creating your “My Sony” account, we recommend switching off marketing preferences) you will then need to log out and log back in again - once back in you will need to upload a picture of your receipt and a picture of the TV serial number found on the back of the TV or on the box as shown below, if you don't do this they will only honour a 1 year warranty
