Rangemaster Range cookers: Professional Deluxe / Classic Deluxe / Encore Deluxe / Elise / Elise Luxe / Nexus / Nexus SE / Nexus Steam

(2-year standard warranty + an additional 3-year parts and labour warranty)

Falcon Range cookers (3-year standard warranty + an additional 2-year parts and labour warranty)

Mercury Range cookers (3-year standard warranty + an additional 2-year parts and labour warranty)

 

Process:

Consumer waits for delivery of their range cooker and then completes the claim form which will be hosted on our website www.rangemaster.co.uk under the promotions tab.

You will need to send over proof of purchase & delivery (ask our staff for a copy). One of the Premier Partner team will process the details and then email the consumer back to confirm

the claim is validated and the 5-year warranty is in place.
